It is gathering around a table and recognizing the person who shares it with you. It is reconnecting the body with the soul, it is returning to the essential.
It is a life ethic that we choose every day. It is an expression of love and respect for life in all its forms. It is a commitment to non-violence.
It is a choice to open our eyes in order to rescue our power of decision.
Yogas chitta vritti nirodha: yoga is the suspension of the movement of the mind, in Sanskrit. More than a practice, yoga is a lifestyle that heals,
nurtures, and strengthens the body, mind, and spirit through the practice of asanas, breathing, and meditation.
WHO WE ARE, WHAT WE DO
Amaranto is a French charity that is dedicated to raise awareness about resilient and ethical food consumption. To do so, we are spreading the values of conscious eating, veganism and the teachings of yoga, in order to connect the soul and body. Amaranto wants to give you every day the opportunity to live consciously these three pillars to open the doors of resiliency and wellness.
With Amaranto, you will find yoga classes, vegan recipes and classes with tips on conscious eating, connecting events and reflection around these topics.
Amaranto also supports projects related to sustainable agriculture. We are co-producing a documentary on women farmers in Colombia.

The practice of yoga grounds me, brings me back to the essence of my consciousness. It is the moment of the day where I really only focus on the present moment, from the mat I see a reality that corresponds to me, a true reality.
